All drivers need to be at least 25 years of age to drive an RV.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Allstar Coaches offers customers a large selection of luxury RVs as well as RV rental consignment, sales, concierge service, and much more. When it comes to luxury, we do almost everything for our customers.
All are considered recreational vehicles; however, Class C motorhomes are oversized, maintenance intensive, top-heavy camper shells placed on top of standard 12- or 15-passenger van chassis. Most Class C units have the same engines, transmissions, tires, and cooling systems found on a standard cargo or passenger van. Some say that the result is a very “spongy” and uncomfortable ride, and many times those small tires give way to all that poorly displaced weight. Class A motorhomes are “bus” type units, which are specifically built with extra weight and equipped with large diesel engines, Allison transmissions, heavy-duty chassis, and air brake systems. They are easier to drive, and the ride is much more solid and comfortable. The difference is like comparing apples to eggplants.
Most insurance companies will provide full RV rental coverage for their policy holders at little or no additional charge. Contact your insurance agent to see whether coverage is available under your current policy and if that coverage will transfer over to an RV rental. We can also work directly with your insurance company to help you obtain coverage. If coverage under your own policy is not available, don’t worry — we can direct you to our own insurance carrier to secure insurance coverage.
We will give you a full, comprehensive orientation and training on your specific rental unit so you can safely operate the RV and access all of its features. We’d rather see you spend precious vacation time enjoying your trip, not trying to figure out how to turn on the hot water heater. For experienced users, it may only take 30 minutes to learn a particular unit; however, first time RV renters may need an hour or more. We’ll happily take as much or as little time as you need.
This depends on the particular motorhome you rent. The rule of thumb is one person for every seatbelt in the RV. Children should be placed in safety seats at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
We love pets and pets are welcome in select rental units with prior authorization and an additional fee per animal. There are some restrictions limitations in our designated pet friendly rental motorhomes, so be sure to contact a representative at 866-838-4465 for details.
No, smoking in our motorhomes is strictly prohibited and penalties for smoking are always enforced. No exceptions.
Every RV rented from Allstar Coaches includes full convenience and hospitality kits (fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels). Full-service galleys include dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, convection and microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, and utensils. Many units also feature washers and dryers. All you really need to bring are your clothes/personal items and any food and beverages you enjoy. We also offer exceptional concierge service.
You will have to pay for your own campsites, activities, fuel, and your favorite food and beverages.
There are a few variables, like the type and size of the RV, the terrain, personal driving habits, etc. Our coaches generally get about 8 to 12 MPG. Common sense dictates that if you are traveling up a mountain you’ll get poorer fuel consumption, and if you’re traveling at the speed limit on a flat Florida highway, you’ll get maximum fuel economy.
In some cases towing is permitted. Restrictions do apply, so please contact us for more details.
In most cases, in-motion satellite service is available. The majority of our rental units are equipped with an in-motion satellite system. Rental units are also equipped with DVD players that also work while the motorhome is in motion.
Although we’re exceptionally good about keeping our RVs in pristine condition, nobody’s perfect. Our motorhomes are meticulously maintained inside and out, but these complex systems occasionally malfunction. You can rest assured that Allstar Coaches cares about your vacation and has your back. Each one of our RVs includes nationwide, 24/7 road assistance and round-the-clock technical support. As a matter of fact, during the checkout and orientation process you will be provided with a direct phone number for your own personal, on-call technical support concierge. We have top-rate representatives who normally resolve 99% of all issues over the phone, and, if necessary, can dispatch a mobile service representative directly to your location.
Pick up or deliveries normally start 9:00AM and all rentals must be returned one hour prior to sundown on the designated return day. On occasion, and subject to availability, special arrangements may be made for earlier pickups. Please contact your Allstar Coaches specialist if you need to pick up before 9:00AM.
Yes, all of our units are 100% self-contained. They each feature onboard generators for power, full-service kitchens, and functional restrooms with ample holding tanks.
Motorhome rentals offer vacationers the most value for their travel dollar because RV travel incorporates transportation, lodging, meals, and entertainment. The larger your group is, the more economical it becomes. Think about it this way: renting an RV means no expensive airline tickets, hotel rooms, or rental cars are necessary for your vacation to go off without a hitch. You can prepare all your own meals and go where you want, when you want. Plus, RVs allow you to travel in comfort and luxury without enduring crowded airports, embarrassing security screenings, extra baggage fees, and best of all, no extra charges for that window seat. With an RV rental, getting to your destination is fun!
Most of the reputable campgrounds around the country have full facilities with adequate power, water, sewers, and cable TV hookups that will accommodate large motorhomes. Ideally you will want a full-hookup site with 50AMP power. Also, many resorts offer pull-thru sites that are much easier to navigate into and out of. Hooking up to the campground’s facilities is surprisingly easy, and we’ll show just how to do it during the checkout process.
We do offer basic trip planning assistance to our customers at no additional charge. Also, our website has a comprehensive resources page with some links to help you locate some of the best campgrounds in America, ways to use a motorhome, and other popular RV parks and resorts. We also offer prepackaged RV vacations, and can also arrange custom itinerary plans, which can take care of every detail of your trip. Contact Allstar Coaches for details.

If notice is received between 45 and 30 days prior to the rental date, Renter will be charged 65% of the full rental price as a cancellation fee.
